Do you Travel?
Absolutely! Throughout Canada and beyond. I've been lucky enough to travel all over the world and would love to share an adventure with you!
How long have you been doing this?
I'm in my fifteenth year - I know, I feel old too. I started in 2012 and went full time several years after that.
How many photos do we get?
I don't put a cap on your wedding day gallery but every day is different. You can usually expect a minimum of 50-70 photos per hour, though it varies.
How do we get our photos?
You'll have access to your images through a password protected gallery, which you can choose to also share with loved ones. There is options to purchase prints and albums through this gallery as well.
Do you retouch photos?
All photos are colour corrected, cropped, straightened and processed to match the look film. Major distractions are removed at my discretion. Minor blemish retouching is complimentary for bride and groom but additional retouching is available at a charge.
Whats your turn around time?
Typically wedding galleries are sent to you within 9-12 weeks of your wedding date. This allows for absolute attention to detail and curating a gorgeous, cohesive set of images you can enjoy again and again.
How do we book you?
Inquire with me to ensure your date is available, enjoy a complimentary consultation and info guide, then we will sign an agreement and get your deposit in to secure you in the books!
Can you help us with planning?
I can definitely offer guidance towards your timeline. While I don’t provide full planning services, I’ve worked with and know some amazing wedding planners who I’d be happy to recommend.
How far out do you book?
The typical answer is 9-12 months but don't let that stop you from inquiring if you are closer to your wedding day as you never know what might open up!
What should we do for an engagement session?
Some of my favorite sessions include the hobbies or activities you love to do together. That first restaurant you went to on a date? Absolutely. Making pizza at home? Count me in. Don’t overthink it—simply being together and enjoying meaningful moments will create the most beautiful, authentic images.
What should we wear for our engagement?
You should wear something that makes you feel beautiful, comfortable and confident. Nothing worse than tugging at a hemline or neckline the whole session because it's irritating you! We can plan colours, patterns and looks based on your session plans and I'm always happy to help!
Portrait FAQ
What types of portrait sessions do you shoot?
Simple answer is: everything! From maternities to newborns, families, pets, anniversaries, headshots and even boudoir. Feel free to reach out!
Do you shoot mini sessions?
Yes! Typically 2-3 times a year I will offer mini session dates but I don't shoot mini sessions outside of these offerings.
Will you help us plan?
Of course! From locations to outfits, I would be thrilled to curate a session look that will speak to who you and your family are!
Travel
